For some reason it seems that their server craps out after the initial 10K or
so; nothing a wget -c -T20 can't fix.
I've got a copy stashed at http://improbable.org/findfact.pdf; I can arrange
another mirror if that becomes bad but I'd prefer others spread the
load a bit, too.
