Btw, 50$/domain * million-domains is not enougph fee for the
ROOT-SERVERS, IANA etc?
Domain owner collects a lot of money, the only question is how does
they use this money. Even national domain fee (suc as .ua or .ru) can
provide enougph to keep the infrastructure in order.
