In the interest of clarification, this comes from one of our providers:

    Customer Notifications - Updates

The fiber cut has been isolated to a location 10 miles west of Montville
Ohio. The fiber is owned by MFS. (MCI / WorldCom). The matter has been
escalated to VP level with MFS.

So there is an MFS fiber cut somewhere in Ohio that is affecting several
North American Networks.

(Sean, where are you??)
