FWIW:
In my case, they snailed the 2nd notice to my PREVIOUS address,
but never sent email...
Weeks after I paid, I got a disconnect notice. It was mailed a
week after they acked payment.
I also note there is no way to check payment status on-line.....
unless you are [foolhardy, brave, crazy] enough to enable
JavaVirus on your machine (and/or have a separate disposable
machine for same...
