I would just like to make one quick note here:
Netsol emailed a "we're reconsidering denied
applications for zone file access" message to
me a week ago asking me to reapply, and I did
so, and this morning got an approval on my
reapplication for R&E purposes access.
So it appears they have, indeed, changed the
policies...
