This was my mistake ... I forgot the outgoing ^$ filter on my
announcement. I guess I was overwhelmed by the excitement of all those
701 routes.
Unfortunately, I was out of the office and my routing partner is out of
the country so the leak lasted almost two hours. And of course the one
time there wasn't someone on the other end to sanity check my
announcements, I missed.
Again, my apologies. The problem should be ratified.
