gridnet *is* suffering a serious problem with packet
duplication at many of their peering points. in some cases
the duplication happens in both directions causing tcp
breakdowns and frequent rst's.
it has been escalated but hasn't been fixed in two days so i
suspect it will require a lot of router reloading.
