stats for Ames ring at MAE West

I was perusing the stats for MAE West earlier and noticed that
the graphs for the Ames ring went from showing 90% utilization to about
10% utilization around 11am on 3/30 (and they've stayed there).
Did something change at Ames or are the numbers bogus?
