Having listened to NPR report on a Manta Ray large enough to tow
a USCG 41' cutter backwards; I'm not sure I want to ...arm.. 
any sea creatures with high-tech tools such as lasers and fusion
splicers...  they sound dangerous enough as it is, thank you.
