MCI is reporting a cut in the Danville, VA area. MCI reports 175 DS3s
down. Cause: Homeowner building a new driveway. Splicers have been on
site since 4:00 PM EST. Seems like traffic in the area is taking the
scenic route, as we are seeing 30 ms response times across SMDS T1
lines...
