From piecing together various tidbits, seems as though:
- everything seems fine and dandy now
- the problem plaguing Digex was not a fibrecut, but rather, a
severely fuxx0red TCG mux in the NYC Metro area (electrical problems may
have been to blame)
- other TCG customers were affected, too
- the problem lasted from ~ 14:00 - 18:30 EST
