Sprint fibre cut between Chicago and Detroit earlier today?

Anyone notice about 20 minutes of downtime around 9am eastern, that
Sprint was saying was a fibre cut between Chicago and Detroit? It
appeared to impact Sprint's long distance in the area along with my
favorite frame relay circuits. I've seen a couple of intermittent
hiccups since, but things appear to be ok from my vantage point.
