I can't imagine how discussions about UUNET sales tactics
are of operational impact to north american network operators.
While perhaps there's an economic impact to be questioned, it sure
seems like that's appropriate for inet-access or com-priv.
Perhaps there's a technical discussion of how to tactically
assault customers and sell them stuff, but I can't see that
as being appropriate, even if it is relevent.
