I've had good luck w/ digital pcs cell signal in colocate space.
Luckily none of our colocate people have had an issue with cell phones
(at this point). It is a "Good Thing" (tm) to have an analog
line at your POP anyways for your Out of Band managment anyways..
everyone has one of those, right? ;)
