The tower is the home of WOW (formerly E-Solutions), which has 2 floors of
colo, and about 8 or 9 carriers, making it one of two major carrier hotels in
downtown Tampa.

As usual, no clue what the new owner's approach will be, though "refurbing 
and leasing aggressively" is mentioned.  

If you're in the building, assume they'll cut your fiber at least once. :-)
