So what happens when someone like Microsoft implements an
'extended information' feature in their SiteServer package that does whois
queries on the domains that hit the webserver, and also implement this in
SiteServer Express? Do they build their own whois server? Or do we all end
up absorbing the cost? just blabbering really.
