Well, my comment to the PA PUC will be that their idea is stupid and
ludicrous. They should pull their heads out of the ground and worry about
the pathetic state of the communications services in PA (like rediculously
high prices for various regulated services) instead of following the
thoughts of a new commissioner that has no clue about the Internet.
