i regularly check the report for references to 20940 and I was digging
in to these a bit and I noticed something odd:

Comment: AfriNIC - http://www.afrinic.net
Comment: The African & Indian Ocean Internet Registry
Ref: https://whois.arin.net/rest/org/AFRINIC
ReferralServer: whois://whois.afrinic.net
ResourceLink: http://afrinic.net/en/services/whois-query

OrgAbuseHandle: GENER11-ARIN <----
OrgAbuseName: Generic POC
OrgAbusePhone: +230 4666616
OrgAbuseEmail: abusepoc@afrinic.net
OrgAbuseRef: https://whois.arin.net/rest/poc/GENER11-ARIN <---

I followed OrgAbuseRef to ARIN and got this:

"Do not use this information to contact AfriNIC for registration or
business purposes."

This registry record is confusing. Can you explain? Sorry, I must've
have missed this class in Registry 101.

Appreciated, and thanks!
