Dear All
Just wondering if anyone is responsible and proactive and wants new IP Tran=
sit sales for China Unicom =85 or is it time to say good bye to using China=
Unicom and hello to China Telecom ?
Whilst we are a client of China Unicom purchasing IP transit, the support /=
service provision lead times to date has been a horrible experience.=85 M=
y current contacts within the USA rarely reply to emails and services take =
12 months+ to be provisioned=85. staff who have been helpful in the past ju=
st disappear into thin air=85 It feels like they just don=92t want my money=
=85. So any Advice would be great.
Looking forward to hearing from anyone who can help
Kindest Regards
James Braunegg
