Except that IPv4 is not exhausted. That's the doomsday message that was prea=
ched over and over.=20
The simple fact that there is/are IP broker exchanges now simply proves ther=
e are surplus IPs to go around.=20
We have an efficiency utilization issue - not an exhaustion issue.=20
