Has anyone else besides me noticed lots of duplicated messages?

A lot of mail messages sent from the NANOG list seem like they're being
duplicated.
Also, I'm getting several messages in my inbox. My procmailrc is supposed
to throw anything marked "Sender: owner-nanog@merit.edu" into my nanog
folder... Wondering if anyone else has seen this happening...
