Here's what I've heard:
MFS experienced a power outage affecting a Tellabs Titan 5500 DACS. The
outage
+occurred at ~20:35 Eastern. Most service was restored between 22:46 and
23:35
+Eastern. At this time, MFS believes 90-95% of customers have been
restored.
+Connectivity to/from other providers in the NYC area affected by this
outage
+may have been degraded during this time. Connectivity to/from other
providers
+in the NYC area appears to have returned to normal.
