Doesn't look likes it's available any more.
In terms of building a critical mass, there do seem to be a goodly
number of data center types on:
various forums at webhostingtalk.com
(probably) some of the support lists for various cloud stacks
the LISA and USENIX communities have some lists of sysadmin types
