It appears it only recently became unassigned.
The BGP update report from June 5 has the AS-Name:
3 - AS22059 118918 2.0% 16988.3 -- APVIO-1 - Apvio, Inc.,US
So it became unassigned somewhere between June 5 and June 12
stats.ripe.net shows this AS has had large amounts of BGP update
activity for the last 90 days.
