I think this stability is key, I=E2=80=99ve been watching a testing team =
go round and
round with a telco that seems to think that 1 second hits is acceptable =
through
this area and they are unwilling to resolve it and seem to be begging =
=E2=80=9Cplease
just accept the circuit=E2=80=9D.
