If you are a monarch or regulator, or just curious, and want to compare
stories of what other countries have done to promote IPv6 (as in my
presentation today, https://www.nanog.org/meetings/abstract?id=2486) you can
download the working paper at:
http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=2417079

Note that this is a working paper. I appreciate the several offers for more
information on countries where our story is incomplete.

Lee
