BGP bandwidth usage

Hi I'd like to estimate the amout of BGP route traffic in our proposed
network. Are there any case studies of bandwidth usage of the BGP protocol
out there?
Specifically, the network we are planning will include 20-100 routers talking
BGP to a routeserver that is connected to an ISP.
I'd appreciate any help you can provide.
