I need to find an ISPs that can provide me multiple least T-1s in the
following countries and give me the least latency.
France,
United Kingdom,
Russia,
Portugal,
Pakestan.
I also need to know the latency between Bethesda Maryland to an ISPs in
the above countries. Can someone direct me to the right direction in
completing this project.
