implication is that it=92s known to someone besides yourself. Most =
people recognize a definition of an exchange as a location at which =
three or more networks peer, and which has published policies allowing =
additional networks access on the same terms. Is that a definition that =
you understand and subscribe to? Or are you using some other definition =
that is not =93well known?=94
If there=92s a currently-operational exchange in Denver other than =
CoreSite (910 15th Street & 639 E. 18th Street), I and many other people =
would very much like to know about it.
