Hi Jeff =96 I noticed the question posed here so thought I=92d respond, per=
haps at risk of stirring up a hornet=92s nest given how long the last threa=
d was. ;-) Anyway=85 there=92s no congestion between Comcast and Level 3 co=
nnections, and we=92re working collaboratively with Level 3. Given these f=
acts, we have no reason to believe that Comcast is on their list.
