out of 243 nodes (~37% reachability).=C2=A0=0AThat=E2=80=99s somewhat cent=
ered around Europe & North America.=C2=A0 In contrast,=0Aany other address =
I=E2=80=99d usually see 99% reachability from the NLNOG RING.=0A=0ASC.
