NANOG is supported by Merit
and Merit is supported by the NSF
and the NSF is supported by the U.S. Government
and the U.S. Government is supported by U.S. taxpayers...

This makes NANOG conversations about Internet Governance
topics subject to the Ex-Parte rules of the U.S. Government.

I will try to include the right CCs so that the NTIA's web site
can be up to date.
