Question on Route-Set for Arin DB

So the Routing Database is something that I am just learning about and =
trying to find out if I need to create a Route-set or not. I just =
created my MNTNER ID and I also created the Route Objects for my two =
/24s that were given to my by my carriers. Do I need a route-set or =
aut-num object created?
Still trying to get my head wrapped around the need for this. I read =
through this tutorial:

and didn't get a really clear idea as to if I needed these.
