Sorry for yet another Smurf amplifier posting, but this looks like a useful
site. It's called the Smurf Amplifier Registry. Has a cgi to probe
suspected netblocks and if they meet the criteria, are added to the list
of known amplifiers. The listing can be output in either a plaintext format
or cisco acl format.
