Here is a link to a Raycom Fosc that has pigtails and bulkheads in it =
that I'm guessing would suit your needs. We use them underground in =
vaults a various points where a pedestal doesn't make sense. You need to =
make sure there is proper drainage in the vault though....

Without knowing more about the physical facility, it's hard to know for =
sure what you need.

Another option is an above ground  cabinet.  Many telecoms use them.
