Good evening everyone, for the past two days our customers using Verizon FI=
OS (residential) have been complaining about high latency or intermittent p=
acketloss to several of our datacenters throughout the US.
We have been trying to get in contact with Verizon but since we don't direc=
tly peer with Verizon they have no obligation to answer us, we are not gett=
ing very far with them directly.
