As for A records and PTR records matching, we've taken the approach that
we'll auto-create a matching PTR where there's only a single A record
with that IP. Otherwise, we'll add a PTR manually.
Plenty of applications can handle multiple A records; I'm not so sure
that the same holds true for PTR records.
