Yeah, forgive me. I have a tendency to forget the mobile carriers, 
probably because some of them started with CGN. One of my customers just 
started a new cell network. He's burning through /20's like they are 
nothing in a short time frame (and it's a small geographic area). 
They're deploying CGN so we don't run out of addresses and can recover 
what we've already burned through. IPv6 for their cellular didn't seem 
high priority either.
