And if that had not been passed (by a MUMBLE Congress), then instead of being
$6B in the red, they'd be about $1.5B in the black.

So let us not hang the need to "save" USPS on Congress, when they caused the
problem in the first place.

And let's move this thread to nanog-politics, k?
