These delegations were being transitioned and there was a communication
problem during the transition. That should be corrected (the last check
earlier this morning had the correct servers in whois but the root zone
may need to wait for tomorrows push) by no later than tomorrow.
If this does not make it to the NANOG list, please feel free to
forward as appropriate.
