Go through a middle man. Getting anything in the UAE is really difficult an=
d usually requires a ton of interaction with the government. Also, I try to=
 keep the capacity private, in that a POP to the Internet in Dubai generall=
y goes through their firewalls. I think we used Verizon Business or reach.
