We have been fighting with an issue with a customer who is having issues on=
a business Cable Line in Wyoming, is there someone out there who might be=
able to help up troubleshoot a little? We have been through normal routes=
, but because it is not a consistent issue, we cant actually see what is go=
ing on or trend it so we get a ticket closed.
