 I don't deal with it directly, but my employer has used MPLS offerings
from (in alphabetical order) BT, Level 3/Global Crossing, and Verizon in
a number of countries.  I suspect any of the three have access in all of
the countries listed.  I imagine there are others, but those are the ones
that sprung to mind.
