About 15 miles or so from Detroit Metro (DTW) to the Dearborn Hyatt.
All but the last mile on either end is freeway so you can probably
figure 20 minutes transit time during light traffic. Rush hour is
surprisingly unpleasant on the feeder roads on both ends, so allow
more time for your return to the airport if leaving afternoon-ish.
If renting a car, allow an extra 15 minutes (at least) to catch and
ride a shuttle to the rental lot, all of which are on private land
across the freeway from the airport.

And prepare to walk. Detroit Metro was a shining example of airport
innovation and convenience 35 years ago, but even with recent updates
it lacks some of the amenities we now consider standard.
