Just called UUNET to ask why traffic from MSP1 to CHI1
is crawling. They said there is a WorldCom OC-12 outage
in the Chicago area afecting CHI <-> DC traffic. Something
weather related. UUNET ticket # 694960.
We have a pipe to MCI in WillowSprings, and it is crawling
as well. Chicago apears to be a congested place at the
moment.
