Level3 are the origin AS for 4.2.2.2 - they're obviously not singlehomed so
this isn't a suitable comparison.
In any case, the purpose of my statement was to draw a line between Anycast to
an AS you're singlehomed on vs. Anycast when multihomed - in the latter case
you may wish to do more work to ensure desirable bestpath selection, I wasn't
trying to state nor imply that Anycast when single-homed doesn't count as
Anycast.
