Guys, I think we are being a little hard on the PN people. Has anyone else
left a ping running to the local segment at the hotel? There are huge
amounts of time when no data can get through. The PN guy said that they
normally install a ISDN to transit the data, but this time they used the
connectivity that was at NANOG. It was not their fault that the connectivity
sucked at NANOG and they could not transport the data to the server.
In fact, when it was working I found the audio/video quality very good. I
think it will work next time if they can just get the data from the hotel
to the server.
