Egads! Beleivers in the "hidden" PIER agenda of global, periodic
renumbering! (Note that the One Prefix/One AS is the absurd reduction
that both P.Lothburg and I argued (unsuccessfully) in trying to
get some sanity in draft "draft-ietf-idr-autosys-guide-04.txt")
