It's not the precise answer you're probably after, but I found the =
"Internet Peering Playbook" (http://drpeering.net/core/buyTheBook.html) =
to be full of examples of the sort of question you've asked.

Can't remember where I found out about it (so apologies if this isn't =
news to you), but it did answer _many_ of the questions I had.
