Its particuarlly bad that MFS starts this when they already have a
MAE-Dallas based on their standard cisco platforms. The local
ISPs put together an alternative interconnect to reduce costs
and MFS comes out with this shit. I know one company that
isn't going to be doing any new business with MFS/Worldcom.
